Home News Breaking News: Soccer Withdraws from NAIA Tournament

The Concordia women’s soccer team has withdrawn from the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Tournament due to positive cases of the virus COVID-19 among players. The decision was made early morning on April 14. 

Head Coach Thomas Goines and the Bulldogs earned an automatic bid for the national tournament with the Great Plains Athletic Conference Tournament. Throughout history, Concordia has earned an automatic bid for the national tournament three times. The Bulldogs finished with an overall record of 11-6-2, they were scheduled to play third-ranked Keiser University in Florida on April 15 at 6 p.m.
