Concordia women’s golf continued its season by hitting the road and heading to Landsmeer Golf Club and The Ridge in Iowa on Sept. 9-10 for the Siouxland Women’s Invite. The Bulldog A team finished in eighth place with a total score of 667, and the B team finished in 13th place with a score of 741.

Junior Savannah McFalls led the way for the A team, shooting a score of 163 through the two rounds. She started off with an 85 in round one and finished with an impressive 78 in round two. McFalls finished T21 out of all the golfers. Concordia had four golfers finish in the top 40, including McFalls, sophomore Olivia James, graduate student Maddie Lewis, and sophomore Amelia Ptacnik. As for the B team, Mia Ochsner was the leader in the clubhouse, shooting a score of 182 in the tournament.

The Bulldogs impressed in only their second tournament of the year. The team’s next tournament will take place at Two Rivers Golf Club in North Sioux City, South Dakota, on Sept. 16.
