Pink Week Shirts available in SLO
A second order of shirts for the Pink Out Volleyball game will be available for $10 in the Student Life Office. The Pink Out game is on Wednesday, Oct. 19.
Find the Flamingos!
Breast Cancer Awareness week will begin on Monday, Oct. 17 with ‘Find the Flamingos.’ Flamingos will be hidden around the quad. Entrants who guess the correct number of flamingos will be entered for the chance to win a free Pink Out t-shirt.
Pink Wednesdays
Wear pink every Wednesday in October in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Student Senate meeting
The Student Senate will meet at 6:15 p.m in TLEC auditorium on Tuesday, Oct. 18. All students are welcome.
Girl’s Pajama Party
As part of Pink Week, there will be a Girl’s Pajama Party in Jonathan Lounge at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18 focusing on women’s health. Dr. Rachel Snow, a physician with Women’s Clinic Lincoln P.C. will be presenting and answering questions about female health topics. Snacks will be available.
Xtreme Bongo Ball
SAC will be hosting a night of Xtreme Bongo Ball in Walz Arena from 8 p.m. to midnight on Friday, Oct. 21.
