Bulldog Stadium Reopens to Public

The Bulldog stadium has been given approval for use after the construction of a colonnade this summer, according to a press release from the Concordia University-Nebraska Athletic Department.
Beginning Aug. 31, 2017 the track is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., said Angela Muller, Associate Athletic Director at CUNE. Community access is given through Friday, Nov. 17 or until the snow falls, depending which comes first. Track access will re-open in the spring— an email will be sent out regarding actual dates in the spring.
Walz Field House is also open to the public beginning Oct. 16 through April 27. It is open every weekday evening from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The Athletic Department asks the community to be mindful of classes and intramurals being held in the stadium as well as being cautious around construction that is not completed. Completion of construction is set for Sept. 21, 2017.
