Concordia Competes in Dave Edmonds Open

Concordia’s wrestling team is 7-0 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Duals after competing in the Sioux City Dave Edmonds Open in Sioux City, Iowa on Feb. 2.
The team finished with a total of 14 wins for the tournament.
Wrestlers with two wins each in the meet include sophomore Jason Watkins, senior Keanu Tom, sophomore Gabriel Crawford, junior Blake Castillo, senior Walker Fisher and sophomore Tyler Jorgensen.
Senior Kyle Carey and junior Dylan Clarke each finished with one win.
The team will return to Walz Arena to host Morningside College (Iowa) in a dual and to celebrate the team’s seniors on Feb. 7 at 7 p.m.
