A message to students from Rebekah Freed, director of Student Life, said a notebook was placed in the Janzow Dining Hall so students, faculty and staff can share memories about Agee and prayers for him and his family. The book will later be given to Agee’s family.

“God blessed Concordia with Bob for many years and we thank God for his willingness to serve us all selflessly,” Freed said in the message. “Now he is in the amazing presence of our Almighty Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.”

Emily Loseke, a sophomore and student employee at Chartwells, said she was grateful God gave her the chance to know Agee.

“I can honestly say Bob had a positive impact on my life, and I know I’m not the only one,” Loseke said. “Bob truly made an effort connect with students. We always knew he cared.”
