If you missed Concordia University Nebraska sports this weekend, here is what happened.
The Concordia shooting team took third place at the Prairie Circuit Conference Championships from Sept. 27-29. The team hit 2,331 targets over the weekend with senior Sam Blevins leading the team with 469 total points. He had a 95 in trap, 95 in trap doubles, 97 in skeet, 95 in skeet doubles and 87 in sporting. He and junior Katie Welker won the Men and Women Doubles Trap Champion Award respectively. Their next competition is the Hastings College Bronco Invitational on Oct. 5-6 in Grand Island.
