Concordia has a number of new faculty members this year. Let’s meet Assistant Professor of Health & Human Resources Ben Hinckfoot.
Q: What is your full official title?
A: Assistant Professor of Health & Human Performance; Assistant Track and Field Coach
Q: Where are you from?
A: Colorado Springs, Colorado, but before coming back to CUNE I was coaching and serving at Concordia University Irvine.
Q: What brought you to Concordia?
A: I completed my undergrad at Concordia in 2014 and returned in 2021 because I love how people treat each other here and share a common goal of developing their individual relationship with Jesus and one another.
Q: What can students expect from you in class?
A: My goal is that students understand who they are and whose they are. My hope is that they deepen their understanding of their “why” and come to terms with what they hope to accomplish in life.
